    This is totally a shitt.. I’ve wasted my money on nothing.. It is not a straightner.. Though It is pluged there’s no heat… This product is all a lie… And also I’ve ordered one with digital scale but I’ve got the other one.. But it is okay if this works…. I purchased this reading reviews… They’ve showed pictures also.. But the one I got is useless. In the description vedio it shows that some heat is there and in one comb you get straight hair. But it all a lie…. Though I’ve combed so many times my hair is frizzy like before. No heat is generating. So gross.. Totally upset with this…

    A caixa veio toda remendada com fita durex, o fio veio com defeito, mas tá funcionando. Ela é branca parece que já foi usada pois veio suja. O transtorno de devolução acredito ser grande então vou ficar com ela mesmo. Unico ponto positivo é que chegou antes do prazo.

    Hot combs are not a good design! All power and temperature buttons are on the brush handle! My hands always touch those buttons when using them! Touch the power button and the power is turned off! Or touch the temperature button! The temperature has changed!

    No AU plug provided. Product is ok quality but performance is lacking. Definitely not heating up to 200 degC, doesn’t straighten or curl hair very well at maximum temperature setting. My hair is not hard to straighten either with standard hair straighteners.

    TERRIBLE. Do not buy from this seller. I am in Australia, they sent me a device with a US plug which is completely wrong. When I contacted the seller, they said they sent me a device with a GB plug as per their listing, but they did not, it’s definitely a US plug and I showed them photos. Plus it is illegal to use GB devices in Australia even with an adapter as they run on different voltage and can burn out. The seller is rude and uncooperative.

    The comb came well in just two weeks and it works great. I used it at 150°C and my hair is thick, frizzy and not very long. Nevertheless it worked like a charm and left my hair really straight and smooth, without the need for any additional hair smoothing products. Overall it’s a good device and I would recommend it. Only cons: in the instructions it says that the hair has to be completely dry – so it’s not suitable for damp hair. The chord could also be a bit longer.
